If you aren’t new here then you’ll know I’ve been sober for over 7 years and I love trying new alcohol free drinks. Three Spirit is a brand I’ve seen a lot online and was always curious to try their drinks.
A bit about Three Spirit…
A new choice where there was none. Alcohol has long been the wingman of that connection; but in the age of self-driving cars, meat-free meat and missions to Mars, we felt it was high time there was a better way to feel good that didn’t ruin Monday, or mean settling for soda or spirit imitations, on a night out.
Our drinks combine plants used for centuries in ceremonies and potions to stimulate the palate, mind and body. Alchemy is at the heart of everything we do; from the plants we combine in our drinks, to the blending of minds and different expertise of the people who make them.

They have 3 different elixirs: Livener, Social Elixir & Nightcap. All 100% vegan, with very different and have unique blends. Which are priced at £24.99/50 cl
Livener: Exotic, fiery & fun
This invigorating elixir is the perfect party pick-me-up. Enjoy euphoric feels from guayusa, guava leaf and schisandra and big flavours from vibrant berries, bright aromatics and heat.
Taste: Fresh and fiery with watermelon, guava and ginger. Bitter notes of ginseng and floral green herbs combine for a lingering dry finish of rich tannins, hibiscus and an exotic heat.
We felt it was high time there was a better way to feel good that didn’t ruin Monday, or mean settling for soda or spirit imitations, on a night out.
It definitely makes you feel alert and invigorated and leaves a warming after feeling in your mouth. You only have to have a sip or two to feel perked up. I’ve never had anything like it, its a strange but nice feeling.
I love that they use all these gorgeous botanicals and there is a healing kind of feel about their drinks. I really enjoyed the fruitiness of this one.

Social Elixir: Dark, bittersweet & curious
This dark herbal elixir is the ultimate social companion and mood elevator. Natural, blissful feeling with lion’s mane mushroom, yerba mate and damiana. Full-bodied and bittersweet with a curious savoury bite.
Taste: From powerful plants comes powerful flavours! Bright, dry spices on the nose lead to rich, complex dark apple and cacao notes.
I love that this one has lions mane in it, I’m a big fan! I think this one is very different and maybe not for everyone, great with a mixer. If you enjoy Seedlip Garden then I think this one could be for you.
Very unlifting and gives you a boost like alcohol does, but with none of the downside!

Nightcap: Decadent, woody & smooth
This indulgent elixir is made with tree saps, aromatic plants and ancient remedies used to relax and unwind. Enjoy complex notes of wood and bright spice with a calm, dreamy feeling.
Taste: Decadent flavours of wood, bright spices and citrus herbs make a luxurious slow-sipper. Mellow aromatics, black pepper and valerian tease the nose, giving way to smooth maple, rich vanilla and hazelnut.
Woody scents and flavours always appeal to me and I think this is my favourite out of the three. It kind of reminds me of a whisky with its complexity. I love to relax in the evening with some of this to chill me out and make me feel good. It’s a great natural sleep aid!
Overall thoughts: I really enjoyed these drinks and it’s fun to experiment and make delicious mocktails with them. If you’re not sure how to serve them and want to try something new why not check out Three Spirit’s recipes?

Oh you absolutely must! It’s nice to find other people who don’t either, seems it’s getting more common along with non smokers. Thanks for reading Danielle x

These drinks sound delicious & I love that they’re vegan! I rarely drink so it’s great they’re non-alcoholic too.
Out of the 3, I think I would like Livener the most!
They really are. I’ve been drinking them every day. That one is very nice and you can definitely feel the energy effects straight away. x
Oooh! It is great when there are alcohol-free drinks that are delicious! Love that it is vegan and perfect for some blends. The Nightcap sounds like something I would like the most. Thanks for sharing!
