All the toppings sounded amazing but words do not do these fries justice. They are NEXT LEVEL! They are one of the best things I’ve ever put in my mouth. 😍🍟

The options:

🌶 Spicy Buffalo: Crinkle fries seasoned in chilli salt, layered with shredded cheddar, buffalo mayo, ranch, crispy chicken pieces, jalapeños and spring onions.⁣

🍟 BBQ Brisket: Crinkle fries seasoned with BBQ salt, layered with crispy BBQ brisket pieces, pink slaw, housemade cheese sauce and spring onions.⁣

🧀 Triple Cheese: Crinkle fries seasoned in cheesy salt, shredded cheddar, housemade cheese sauce, crispy onions and chives.⁣

I love loaded fries and these really do not disappoint. They’re comforting, decadent & everything you want in good vegan junk food. 👌🏻🍟🤤

The fries they use are crinkle cut and the size (they’re not really thick) along with all the toppings make all of the loaded fries absolutely to die for! 😍🍟

I am part of the 1 in 10 and it’s really bloody hard sometimes living with an invisible illness that so many don’t understand. But I’m strong and you are too! 💪🏻💗

Having what feels like no control and never knowing how you’ll feel from one day to the next can be really depressing but you’re not alone.

There is no cure and still a lot thats not understood about the condition but there are things you can do to help manage it.

Such as:

- Staying active
- Following a lower carb, high protein diet

There is a lot of information online about diet and the types of exercise that are good for you.

Food and exercise play a very important role in health for everyone but it can be a lot trickier when you have PCOS. 🥦🏋️‍♀️

Don’t let it run your life and take control of it and your symptoms. #PCOSAwarenessMonth
