Two protein packed smashed patties bursting with spring onions and ginger, a juicy grilled pineapple ring, drizzled with a sticky housemade teriyaki sauce. Topped with crispy panko (gluten free!) oyster mushrooms, red onion rings and a zingy tomato mayonnaise. 🤤⁠ Entirely vegan and gluten free (ask our team to switch out your bun to GF!) ⁠🍔🍍

This saucy burg was created and masterminded by @gazoakley and @ellysplate.🧑🏻‍🍳👩🏼‍🍳

Launched 3/10 in all three stores - Shoreditch, Canary Wharf and Brighton. Only available for a limited time this October.⁠ 🎃

✨ My thoughts: I’m a big teriyaki and pineapple fan so I knew I would love this burger. Lots of flavour, textures and great ingredients. Really tasty. It’s a 10 from me 😋👌🏻

*I advise cutting in half before eating as it’s super messy but other than that enjoy.

My period is kicking my butt and has made me feel

My period is kicking my butt and has made me feel pretty awful for a few weeks now. On occasion I get like this and I’m actually sick during my cycle. This is really unpleasant but apparently a normal thing that happens to some people due to hormones and what are body is going through.🩸💗✨

I’m a terrible sick person. I’m always really busy when it happens and I don’t have time ‘to be sick’. I’m going to try and force myself to take as much of a break as I can. Fortunately I can work from my bed and have a flexible schedule. 🤒🛏

I’ve always been one of those people who are ill a lot. My body is always attacking itself and that has been it’s version of adulting for me. It’s really hard and I do get so upset when I have big flare ups like this but I know so many people out there understand. 💕

Constantly having to remind myself to slow down, to take care of myself, there’s nothing I can do, it’s not my fault and that I need to regroup.💓✨
