Today has been so stressful but also amazing. Because my friends showed up for me when I was in dire need, no questions asked. And I really needed that. 🆘💗

I have never felt so much love & gratitude for my friends who are few but so special to me. I’ve been in a lot of tough situations and had many bad people in my life so having those few gems is truly a gift.💎

It is SOOOO important to be grateful and give thanks.🙏🏻💗

✨I’ve been wanting to try @thegreentrailer ever since they opened last year so couldn’t resist getting food from them while I was in Worthing yesterday. You guys know how much I love supporting a small, local vegan biz. 🌱

I ordered the single trailer burger meal & some chickn wings with sriracha Mayo. Everything is 100% vegan 🌱

🍔 The burger was nice but didn’t blow me away. I think the patty that they make in house is nice and it had a really great bun which didn’t fall apart.

🍟 The fries smelt amazing and were perfectly crisp and hot. I wish I could taste the rosemary more but they were nice.

🥤 Can’t go wrong with a can of fizzy. Would love to see more drink options though.

🍗 The wings were nice but cold so I had to microwave them. I believe they were cold from the can of drink I had because it was all packed together. But they had a very nice firm meaty texture and I would like to try them and maybe a chicken burger next time.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ They get 3.8/5 stars for me. The food was nice but not mind blowing and not anything that sets them massively apart from other vegan businesses. Would order again and maybe try some different things like the loaded fries.

🏳️‍⚧️ Most of us grew up being told gender was two colours, pink or blue but it’s actually a whole spectrum. So stop reducing life to these black & white limitations and respect people’s pronouns.

What’s between someone’s legs or if they’ve had surgery is NONE of your business. Don’t ask to see baby pictures or what they looked like “before” either. You’ll only insult and embarrass people by asking these questions, wait to be invited into that conversation.

Pride is everyday for me and I don’t need a month or a parade. But these things create awareness and give people specific times and dates to reflect on the LGBTQ+ community and share in our love. 🌈✨

✨I see so many people with side hustles, who are content creators, have an Etsy store etc that aren’t getting support from their family, friends or even people who follow them. ☹️

If you follow a creator one would think you love their content and want to support them right? Well as it turns out that doesn’t seem to be true for some people. 😓

People will happily engage with free content but not support the stuff we get paid for (that allow us to create all the amazing free content in the first place!) Now that doesn’t really seem right does it? 🤔💯👌🏻

⭐️ How much engagement we get determines how much we’re paid, if clients work with us in the future and if we even get paid gigs in the first place! 💯😖💰

Don’t get bogged down in this false narrative that we accept every paid offer that comes our way and don’t care about our audience. I turn down probably 80% of enquiries I get because they aren’t right for me. I may really need the money sometimes but being authentic and honest is important to me. 🙂

Had this gorg loaded carnitas jack burger recently and I loved how meaty the patty and jackfruit topping was. I really enjoy trying new places that are small and local. And I liked this Mexican twist on an American classic a lot. 😋👌🏻

100% vegan patty topped with jackfruit carnitas, jalapeños, green hot sauce, lettuce, red onion & tomato all in a soft brioche bun. 🍔
