How I start my morning

I got hooked on Turmeric Lattes from Small Batch this year and always start my morning with one. First of all, I don’t live near one and it’s also not cost-effective, so I make my own. You can buy freshly ground coffee from small batch, then add the extra ingredients if you like small batches blend. I made a jar of turmeric paste so it’s quick and easy to make every morning by just adding a tsp to my cup of coffee or having it alone for golden milk. Comes in handy if you’re a total zombie in the mornings and need a quick pick me up.

Turmeric is a spice that comes from the turmeric plant,  it has a warm yet bitter taste. It’s often used to flavour or colour because it has a tendency to stain.
