I was really excited to try the Nutribuddy Breakfast as it looks and sounds great. I love how simple it is to make and the look of their products are so me.
My order included a 14 day supply of the Nutribuddy Breakfast (vanilla) in its lovely glass jar, a scoop & shaker bottle. Everything you need to make a quick and tasty breakfast for a fortnight.
Making Nutribuddy breakfast
So I made up my breakfast shake as directed with 300ml of (almond) milk and 3 scoops of the Nutribuddy Breakfast powder and gave it a good old shake. It takes no time at all to make and the metal ball inside the shaker works really well giving you a lovely, smooth breakfast shake.
I fully expected the product to taste like a protein shake, be thick and not sweet. I had no idea what to expect and often “health” products are marketed to taste good but don’t or have embarrassing adverse effects (let’s not even go there). But this is like a bowl of porridge so you don’t have to worry about nasties and horrid side effects.
Nutribuddy Breakfast has a lovely consistency like milk but slightly thicker. It’s delicious and sweet, It kind of reminded me of ready brek. Because It’s primarily Organic Gluten-Free Oats, it’s like having a bowl of porridge but in a quick and easy way. No messing about with heating up the oats and waiting for the mixture to thicken, or taking the time to sit down and eat a bowl. This saves you that 30 minutes in the morning so you get some more shut-eye.
I absolutely love Nutribuddy Breakfast! It’s now my favourite way to start the morning. The milk & flavour combos are endless so you can have a different tasting shake every day, so you won’t get bored. Not that I think you could ever get bored with it – it’s delicious! And totally vegan!
Organic Gluten-Free Oats, Organic Flaxseeds, Organic Chia Seeds, Organic Desiccated Coconut, Stevia, Vanilla Flavouring. (Nothing nasty here)
If you’re vegan or have any allergies etc Nutribuddy Breakfast has got your back!
? Suitable for vegetarians & vegans
You can use any milk that you like with Nutribuddy Breakfast and even jazz it up with fruit/veg in your blender if you want. I personally think it’s perfect as it is and doesn’t need anything extra to taste good or be a healthy breakfast but it’s nice to have the option.
I must admit I’m not a huge breakfast person and don’t have it every day but I’m a big fan of breakfast foods like pancakes and fry ups etc. I’m also lazy af in the morning but I’ve found it really easy to have Nutribuddy Breakfast every day, I’m always excited to have my next shake! When you taste it you’ll completely understand.
Why nutribuddy Breakfast?
? VEGETARIAN & VEGAN ? GLUTEN-FREE ? SUGAR-FREE ? SOY-FREE ? LACTOSE-FREE
They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day so it’s great to tick off a meal first thing with zero effort. For busy people like me who often rely on food they can hold in their hand and don’t often stop for foods breaks it means I definitely get at least one meal in each day. This is essential for my lifestyle as I totally own up to skipping meals when I’m busy or I’m on a roll with writing. I feel like Nutribuddy is the food of bloggers and entrepreneurs. It photographs really well and its great for people on the go or with busy lifestyles.
You can leave it at the office, make it the night before or quickly shake it up in the morning to have at home, or take with you (takes less than a minute to prepare). It’s a quick, easy and nutritious breakfast suitable for everyone.
It’s a great way to start January if you’re on a health kick without drastic/dangerous measures. You can do it the healthy and tasty way. Nutribuddy breakfast doesn’t compromise on taste or nutrition and gets it all spot on. And have you seen the beautiful glass jars and shakers?! Eco packaging that looks seriously Insta worthy!
I love everything about Nutribuddy, from their products to their ethics.
