I was sent some crackers and energy balls from Erbology that just so happened to be Gluten-Free. I don’t need Gluten Free stuff but I know people that do and I like trying new things. You can check out their range of Gluten Free snacks here.
As a thought-leader in plant-based nutrition, Erbology is taking powerful plants and making them accessible every day in delicious food & drinks.
Erbology not only have beautiful looking and tasting products but their ethics and values align with mine. They are very into the holistic approach and the power of plants as medicine (to a degree). *They don’t claim their products cure cancer etc and I would NEVER advise anyone to stop taking their meds and just eat healthy foods.
When I’m not feeling great I reach for food not pills to help with the symptoms and bring me back to optimum health. I also try to use food as preventative medicine which is something they are all about as well.
I was gifted The Garam Masala & Tkemali crackers and Cactus & Berry energy balls. See what I thought…
Our crackers are different. Instead of using regular flour, we make them with raw nuts and seeds, such as sprouted buckwheat, cashew nuts and linseeds. That’s why this snack is naturally gluten-free and more satisfying.
In addition to protein and fibre, our crackers are rich in minerals and vitamins. Buckwheat is a source of magnesium, iron and B vitamins. Sprouting makes it even easier to digest and more nutritious. For instance, sprouted buckwheat is a source of co-enzyme Q10, which gives our cells more energy.
The crackers were really delicious, light but filling (they’re amazing with dips). I love the imaginative flavours and ingredients used, all of the highest quality with no junk. I think the Garam Masala ones were my favourite with a subtle warming spicy flavour. Check them out here.

We love discovering and playing with unusual flavours. The Tkemali sauce comes from the traditional Georgian cuisine. Made from fresh cherry plums, Tkemali is tart on its own but pairs perfectly to create a unique savoury flavour.
The Tkemali crackers were really unusual and had a strong flavour which I liked (it may not be to everyone’s tastes, however). I love the beautiful rich colour of these too which is natural and not from artificial colourings. Check them out here.

*I received free products but this in no way biases my opinion of the brand. This is an honest review, all thoughts and opinions are my own.
